    Description

    Probe Port UPGRADE for many CNC 3020T 3040 6040 models.  Easy to Install on most models.
    This port upgrade is designed to be compatible with the "Zero Edge Corner finder"
    .
    This item should be compatible with most CNCs, mills, & routers that use parallel port MACH 3 software.
    A good many 3020T series CNC controllers have no auxiliary inputs suitable for connecting a probe, or limit switches.
    This upgrade kit will allow you to have an additional input that is
    Mach3
    compatible on both
    Parallel port and USB input controllers
    .
    Connector mounts on the back panel of your controller box. The hole required is 5/16" (8mm). The 18AWG color coded wires are them attached to your probe input terminals. This kit is suitable for controller boards that have screw terminanls for all inputs.
    This kit is for adding one input.
    The upgrade has a built in filter to minimize external interference and eliminate false triggers. The kit cable is 200mm (8 in.) long giving you plenty of length for a proper stress free connection. The panel connector is for a 5.5mm x 2.1mm plug, and is fully isolated from the back panel for no risk of short circuits. The other end connects to standard screw terminals. The panel connector fits into a 5/16" (8mm) hole.
