We do insure all packages and will provide proof of insurance if there is a need to file a damage claim. In the rare case of damage by the carrier, we will that ask you to take and send us pictures of the item at the terminal or upon receipt of the item so that we may file a claim with the carrier.  Packaging: All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier.
Returns: When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms. If your item includes free shipping and you decide to return it for any reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
