GB baggers weigh all free flowing, non-dusty materials into paper, cloth polywoven, or plastic bags with guaranteed accuracies within 4 ounces (113grams). Handling weighments between 20-110 pounds (10-50 kg) they average 4-6 bags per minute. The GB baggers have a minimum of moving parts for maximum efficiency and lower maintenance. They are delivered pre-calibrated for your particular product ready for immediate installation and use.
Fully mechanical gross weigh bagger designed for handling free flowing non dusty product at 4 to 6 (50 lb) bags per minute ± 4 oz accuracy.

OPERATION: Operator sets target weight by placing counter balance weights on weight rod. Place empty bag on spout and zero out using tare weight provided. Pull handle down which opens internal gate allowing product to fall through the scale into the bag. When desired weight is reached, gate will automatically close stopping product flow. Check actual weight on balance indicator, release bag, and repeat the process.
FEEDERS:  A Belt Feeder can be added to the GB Series to handle semi-free flowing materials such as molasses feeds, range cubes, flout products etc.  Auger feeders are available to handle aerated products such as casein, whey and others which tend to fluidize.

Once the desired weight has been set, the bagger will repeat that weight exactly.  The operator places the bag on the filling spout and activates the fill control.  The scale trips off automatically.  The operator lifts the bag release bar to drop the filled bag.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Total cost for unit delivered is not included.
Unit can be delivered by an LTL shipping company on a pallet.
Phone number must be provided at time of order.
Cannot ship to a PO box.
Shipping company will call to schedule delivery if delivery is to a residential or non-commercial business address.
Customer purchasing unit must provide a way to unload pallet by using a forklift or equivalent.
Lift-gate service can be purchased by customers that cannot unload pallet or pallets. This will add to the cost of shipping.
If you feel you cannot receive the unit on a pallet please have them shipped to a business that can receive them, such as a tire shop or mechanic, farm, place of employment, etc.
Signature will be required for all LTL freight shipments at time of delivery.
